Streetmosphere

The Russian born members of CirqueMosphere, an artistic troupe of performers and winners of numerous top prizes in a variety of International circus competitions, comes to Cranes Roost for performances on the first and third Thursdays of each month.  Guests will enjoy feats of Mime, Magic, Juggling and Balancing with two free shows at 7:30 and 8:30 in the Eddie Rose Amphitheater.

Friday Night Live

Bring your chair or blanket and enjoy great live entertainment in a beautiful outdoor setting.  The top local artists perform Jazz, Pop, Big Band, Classic Rock and Contemporary music on a weekly basis.  Rico Monaco makes a return trip to Cranes Roost Park.  Rico Monaco was a favorite during the 2006 Jazz Jams Uptown concert series as he played for the grand reopening of the park.  He brings high energy latin rock and jazz to the beautiful outdoor setting in the form of Rico Monaco & The New Centurions.   Don't miss this fantastic entertainer in a family friendly venue.

Jazz Jams Uptown

WLOQ Smooth Jazz 103.1 and the City of Altamonte Springs bring the areas best jazz concert series to Cranes Roost Park.  Join us in the Eddie Rose Amphitheater for great music, food, and fun.  Closing out the Jazz Jams Uptown Concert Series for 2008 is up-and-coming saxophonist Jessy J.  Jessy J's first hit single "Tequila Moon" went straight up the Smooth Jazz Chart to #1 for seven straight weeks earlier this year.  The song has been at or near the top of the most played charts for over 30 weeks.  Jessy is currently on tour as a member of Michael Bolton's band and is a part of the Guitars and Saxes summer tour.  She brings her unique Latin style to Cranes Roost Park.  This free concert series is presented by Embarq and Gina's Lakeside Grill.

Cranes Comedy

Come and laugh the night away at the areas longest running outdoor comedy show.  This fun family friendly event free and open to the public. <br/>


HOST-JOHN WEYRICK, well known local actor, DJ, and rock and roll expert.  He’s been seen in over sixty local and national commercials, in films, had his own “oldies” radio show, and writes commentaries on the entertainment industry for various publications. <br/>

GUEST COMEDIAN-RAY PENNETTI-originally from New Jersey, he has been touring clubs and colleges for over fifteen years.  He has opened for Pat Cooper, Richard Lewis, Chris Rock, The Temptations and many others.  This will be his fourth appearance at Cranes Comedy.<br/>

HEADLINER-PETER ALDEN’S SALUTE TO THE KING—Peter  regularly appears at Walt Disney World, Cypress Gardens, Libertyland in Nashville, Galveston Island, cruise ships, conventions, and with the touring Legends in Concert show. In addition to his Elvis show, Alden sings with his own band, The Crown Electric Company, and has several CDs available. <br/>
